Synerway provides you with a dedicated technical expert for the period of your contract.
The Synerway expert takes responsibility for the management of the technical solution installed in your organization. He is there to guide you and provide advice on how best to manage your changing data protection requirements.
Guarantee the pertinence of the installed solution
Perform delicate technical operations (upgrades for example)
Manage customer infrastructure evolution
Manage backup policy
Etc..
Audits and Advice
You need to modify or develop your backup policy, take new environments into account, manage your changing architectures and infrastructures; Synerway has its own Audits and Advice department to handle these needs.
Factory Mastering
To deploy your backup Appliances on a large number of sites, we can help by proposing a Factory Mastering service.
After an initial consultation period, we deliver the Appliances directly to your sites pre-configured with your chosen backup policy and security constraints.
Managed Services
Under the name of Managed Services, Synerway has a range of supervision and administration services to remotely manage your Appliance or your pool of Appliances.
This range of services comprises :
Appliance supervision
A daily backup management service
Daily proactive Appliance log reception
Creation of an action plan in the event of a problem (in relation with the contracted Technical Support)
Tele-administration of your Appliance(s)
Upgrade management (in line with your maintenance contract)
Regular configuration audit
Backup strategy optimization
Send weekly activity report
