Protecting Windows systems (ASM Universal Bare Metal Restore)

The Synerway/ASM Universal Bare Metal Restore solution is ideal for all infrastructures where a DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan) is required for your critical Windows platforms. The Synerway Appliance manages the ASM Universal BMR agent and backs up Windows systems by taking snapshots of disks or partitions. These snapshots are then placed on the Appliance disks guaranteeing rapid data availability. These snapshots can be externalised – to tape or removable RDX disk or to another Appliance via the network – thus guaranteeing the DRP even in the event of a major incident.
