Synerway, a data protection company and the first vendor to introduce a Backup Appliance in 2002, today announced that it has expanded its executive team with the appointment of Jean-Christophe Dedeban as Managing Director. As the newest member of the executive leadership team, he will be responsible for the go-to-market delivery across the company’s partner ecosystem, leading business development and global operations.
Jean-Christophe Dedeban studied marketing and management at INSEEC Bordeaux Business School and San Jose State University. He joins Synerway with more than 20 years of experience in the IT market gained in various sales and management positions, where he was instrumental in initiating and expanding channel ecosystem in european regions. He was most recently serving as Sales Director for Southern Europe at Nexsan, an Imation company. Jean-Christophe Dedeban previously served in a range of direct and channel sales leadership positions at some Enterprise Storage & Networking companies, including Dot Hill (recently acquired by Seagate), Emulex and MTI.
